We offer reliable shipping across Canada:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75.00.

  • Local Delivery (Edmonton): Available on all orders

3. International Shipping

4. Estimated Delivery Times

5. Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your address at checkout. Oriva Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Oriva Jewelry is no longer responsible for the package. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
